Furthermore, ensure proper disease control measures such as cleaning the pen, vaccination, turning bedding’s regularly, clean and disinfect the sty.
Also ensure proper book keeping and weigh pigs before selling to facilitate proper pricing of animals during selling.

Cassava provides energy, protein and fiber however an oil should always be added before feeding animals to increase protein content.
Sweet potato this is a rich source of energy, protein while dried chopped sweet potato improves digestion.
Also groundnut cake and coco-yam provide protein, pawpaw provide vitamins while sugarcane is a source of energy.
