How To Grow Bean Sprouts

As different crops are consumed in various forms for their nutritious benefits,beans can be grown into sprouts using simple techologies. To grow bean sprouts, one need clean jar, water and seeds as the 2 table spoons of bean seeds are put in a 500ml glass which is then filled with tap water. Soak the seeds for 8-12 hours to break the seed coat and drain out the seeds after 12 hours and rinse them.
