The other cause is red spider mites. This is a problem mostly faced by farmers who grow their strawberries in a greenhouse. These spider mites however, can be controlled by use of biological method that is, applying live organisms that feed on the spider mites on the plants. Another one is by the use of chemicals. Birds also poses a challenge to farmers who do not have green houses but this can be prevented by using galvanized chicken mesh which is way cheaper as compared to the fish net to protect your crops.
