Being a form of improving on the quality of fruits, wine making can be done using an affordable technology for the farmers which improve on shelf life of the product. A farmer should first sterilise and clean all equipments to use in th wine making which also need temperatures of 20-25 degrees centigrade to ferment. Put 5 litres of water in bucket and add a tea spoon full of clean sterilizers and put the equipments in water in the bucket for 20 minutes.

Product processing

As a farmer uses a clean sponge or cloth to make all parts of bucket come into contact with clean sterilise, wrap the container for good temperatures and use heat tray to control temperatures.
Finally, use stop clock to time temperatures.
