Garlic is a crops which contain high levels of nutritrients and can be grown using simple technology by the farmers in the world. Because summer fruiting plants need a lot of food such as tomatoes, egg plants, peppers and chillis, give them rock dust and chicken manure and liquid fertilizer. Water bed first before applying fertilizers and dillute liquid fertilizer with water in a ratio of 1:5 literes before application.

Crop management

Though a farmer should apply fertilizer over the leaves for flowering, she should mulch the garden and water after to prevent blowing away of the mulch and also cover garden using net to protect it from intruders and harvest garlic when leaves grow yellow and lay them on soil for drying for 3 days.
After, hang garlic in bunches an leave for 6 weeks for full drying and finally chop off all roots and stalks and store them.
