Being a form of improving on the quality of fruits, wine making can be done using an affordable technology for the farmers which improve on shelf life of the product. First, after siphoning of wine into another container, it is ready for bottling and dont keep it for more than 6-8 weeks. Check whether wine has good seal and check for any leaks and taste the wine for quality assurance.

Wine processing.

In wine making, add sugar to make sweet in case of it is too dry however, sweetening ot wine can not enable drying it again and finally, pack the wine in bottles.
