Because the quality and quantity of pellets depend on the production methods, it is equally important to choose the feed stock for making them. Because the the biomass pelleting on farm produces intensified value added material, choosing pelleting material depend on the availability of material to produce pellets, equipment which are to be used in processing and the end use of the product after manufacturing.

Choosing feedstock
