As a farmer keeps butter frozen for it to last longer, he should use an unsalted butter to make ghee an always use 1 kg of it, saucepan with thick bottom to control heat an make sure the saucepan hs wide opening to evaporate water.Turn on heat to heat up the pan an put butter into it.
