Fertilizer is important in the growth process of any plant. If we grow any plant in our garden or house, it is a prime responsibility to give proper nutrition diet to plants.
NPK is the most required nutrient which any plant needs for its proper growth. NPK in full is Nitrogen, Phosphorous and potassium. Without any one of these nutrients, a plant cannot grow well. Nitrogen helps plant to grow its leaves properly. First, is to make a Nitrogen based fertilizer by using tea leaves. Tea leaves are a source of Nitrogen and can be used as a fertilizer. To make Nitrogen based fertilizer, collect used tea leaves in a container, wash properly with fresh water for more than 2 times. After washing, keep it in open sunlight to completely dry out and then store in a container.
Phosphorous fertilizer
Phosphorous helps plants in root, flower and fruit development. Phosphorous based fertilizer made using a mustard cake. Mustard cake is a good source of phosphorous which can be found in local markets. Take mustard cake and grind it properly with a grinder. After grinding process collect it in a container.
Potassium helps plants to ensure all required functions work properly and protects against diseases.
Potassium based fertilizer and NPK
Banana fruit used in making potassium fertilizer because they are a good source of potassium. Keep the banana peels in open sunlight to completely dry out. Grind them properly with the help of grinder. After grinding collect in a container. Potassium based fertilizer is ready for use.
After all these processes, Mix all three together. After mixing properly, it is now converted to NPK based fertilizer. Apply on plants. Take an optimum quantity and mix it properly around plant soil. After mixing, water the plants properly.
