Drip irrigation continues to allow the continuous production of agricultural products throughout the year.
Start by connecting power lock flush valve to on end of tubing and remove cap until after flushing the lines. Use wire staples to fasten block tubing across the tunnels and cut the supply and the headline 3 inches near and width of tunnel.
Irrigation setup
When setting up a drip irrigation system, connect power lock 90 degree elbow to the supply and headline, attach remaining piece of tubing to power lock elbow and cut it shorter to fit the needs. Continue by connecting the filter and valve assembly to the tubing with a power lock adapter.
Similarly using included plastic punch, make holes on headline at desired spacing and push drip valve into each hole making sure black and blue colours are both screwed to the valve and when doing so, you should hear the piping sound when put in tubing. Tighten black colour onto headline and roll out drip tape for each line and attach to drip tape valve.
Additionally, as your being sure that the drip metres are facing up, return to the furrow in the bed, pull the drip tape and cut the length and repeat the process for each drip line. Connect water supply to the filtering valve assembling and flush system to remove dirt and debris. This is done by closing all drip tape valves and allowing water to flush out of headline.
Screw cap on end of power lock flush valve from step 1 and open one drip tape each at a time until water comes out from drip tape then close the valve and repeat until all drip lines are flushed.
Finally attach a drip tape flush valve at the end of each drip line.
