»Tires help you hit (and stay on) the ground running. Compatible tires and rims are crucial for tractor tire function, as well as several other factors«

Being implements and equipments that ease farm work, condition of their tires determine the time to complete work, quality of work and efficiency of the machine on a particular work.

As mounting and demounting of tractor tires safely require technical knowledge, one should ensure that the tire and the rim are compatible before mounting. Compatibility information can be obtained from the tire rim table manual.

Tire handling

Using of same rim for new tire must be compatible and un damaged hence lubricate the rim seats and bead first using lubricant for tires before fitting the tire. Continue by positioning the valve at the bottom and bead breaker window away to avoid any damages on the bead.

Similarly, lift tire into rim with first bead on edge following arrow for proper direction, turn first bead over the edge and push it into deepest rim well. Tighten valve nut, bring second bead over the edge and push it in.

Finally, tighten the valve nut fully and inflate to 1 bar to ensure correct bead position. Deflate tire and repeat the process if beads are incorrectly positioned.
