Crop management
As hardening off of 2 weeks, put plants in full direct sunlight for 6 hours minimum in a day and always provide good drainage for tomatoes as they are tropical warm climate plants. Plant tomatoes 2 weeks after frost when tempertures are above 50 degrees fahrein height in rich nutrient soils with high organic matter and good water holding capacity with the ability to drain freely and of neutral pH.
Additionally, remove 2 or more leaf nodes from bottom and plant deep for adventitious roots to incrase root network of plants. Because tomatoes are large vigorous plants, for containers, 7 gallons should be absolute minimum size and plant tomatoes at 45-60cm between plants and 4ft between rows.
For direct seeding, put a seed at 0.5 inches deep and feed plants first during planting.
Finally, stake plants after planting.
