The high cost of animal protein supplements for poultry has led to research on alternative proteins for feeding with cheaper but quality diets and nutrition supplementation. Azolla has great prospective as a poultry feed due to its high content of protein essential, amino acids, vitamins (vitamin A, vitamin B12, a-carotenoid)& minerals.  Alfalfa is a nutrient-rich plant that chicken love to eat.
