Like other crops, the production of pea nuts is determined by the method of growing applied and the level of technology used on the farm. Not only peanuts contain vitamin, minerals and proteins vital for immune system development but also protect against diseases and fix nitrogen directly into soils and have high water use efficiency. Peanut planting require good warm soil temperatures.

Peanut growing

First, plant peanut at 2 inches depth when soil misture is 70 degrees or above and ground is well levelled. As a mature peanut has dark brown colour of pods, it determines the price of peanuts.
Similarly, a machine is used to dig peanuts out of the ground allowing them to dry and harvesting machine is used after 4 days to pick peanuts. They are dried down to 10% moisture content level and pea nuts are graded by a shelling plant.
Finally, products include peanut butter, sorted nuts and oil.
